RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We are sorry that you need to return our product. We have a 14 day returns policy from the start of delivered date.
Products are eligible for return under following conditions:-
- The product is not damaged while in possession after being delivered.
- The tag ,labels and other accessories shipped with product is intact as the original product that was shipped to you.
- The return product is not different from the delivered product.
- Free Returns are applicable for the items which were delivered free.
The Returns will be tracked as a separate order and it will picked up from the delivered location. All the communications will be through our mailbox firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly check your bank account again.
Please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Note:-In case you've received a product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 3 days from the delivery of the product. We will be unable to process the order delivered incorrectly after 3 days of delivery.
